Local Dues
Local dues for returning members (must have been a member of PBBOA in 2025-2026) for the 2025-2026 season are $75 until August 31th, starting September 1st dues become $100. You can pay your local dues the following ways.

State Dues
State dues for returning members for the 2025-2026 season are $60 until June 30th, starting July 1st dues become $90. You must pay state dues online at THSBOA/Arbiter by clicking below. We recommend to complete this on a computer desktop.
Books
For 2025-2026 season you will be given 2 books (rules and case book) when they become available. We typically give these out at 1 of the first 2 meetings.
Uniform
ALL shirts will be BLACK and WHITE with PANEL. Shirts CANNOT have patches; they must be sublimated with a flag and THSBOA logo. If you are wearing a jacket for pregame, the crew must MATCH and must be black with THSBOA Logo. Black pants, whistle, lanyard, shoes, socks, and undershirt must also be worn. Test Requirements
All members must take and pass a rules and mechanics test with a 70 or better BEFORE you can officiate games. To officiate playoffs you must pass the rules and 3-person mechanics tests with a 90 or better. To officiate regional or state games you must pass the rules and 3-person mechanics with a 90 or better. Sign into Arbiter, switch views to the THSBOA Central Hub and then click on the "testing tab".
